McCurdy Ministries Community Center (MMCC) in Española, NM is looking for a Director of Development/Church Relations.

The Development Director oversees the development and church relations task for McCurdy Ministries Community Center (MMCC) in Española, NM, including fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, church relations, and communications. In addition, the director reports to the executive director and assists the executive director and board with strategic planning, community relations and networking.

MMCC’s mission is to “create hope and empower the lives of children, youth, adults and families through education, life skills and faith based programs.” Excellent writing and research skills are mandatory and grant writing experience is preferred. Communications skills, sensitivity to the culture of Northern New Mexico and an appreciation of faith based nonprofit work are necessary for this position. Familiarity with the United Methodist Church and a bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Spanish language skills are a bonus.
