U.M. Army Camps Available for Youth
There are several U.M. Army camps available for registration online. These camps are for youth who are interested in serving Christ through community revitalization projects with people in their age group.
College Camps are for students who have already completed their first year of college. They usually work in pre-sited homes throughout the community of the host church they are serving at. Worship begins and ends each day.
College Camp:
Uvalde – May 24 – May 30, 2015.
Basic Camps are for middle school students that will be working in teams for service projects at churches and non-profit organizations. This camp teaches pre-teenagers in Believing, Affirming, and Serving in Christ.
Basic Camp:
Johnson City – June 7 – July 11
Mission – June 28 – July 2
U.M. Army High School is for students in grades 9-12. These students also work on homes and churches in a local community. The focus for High School Camp is “to identify additional needs of the clients and help for the clients.”
High School Camp:
San Angelo – June 21 – July 27
Weimar – June 28 – July 4
Mercedes – July 5 – July 11
Odem – July 12 – July 18
