Kindergarten Teacher
Coker Early Learning Center which is a private program, rich in its 56 year tradition, is seeking an exceptional individual who is passionate about children and their learning to join our staff. The successful candidate as well as the Assistant Teacher will be responsible to work in collaboration to integrate scholastic and cognitive goals while facilitating child-led and inquiry-based projects for 16 students in an environment that is welcoming, inspiring, and enriching. The Kindergarten teacher will direct the execution of the curriculum, extend passion and knowledge of the instructional academic content, cultivate habits of virtue in the students, and remain dedicated to the program’s mission.

This part time position has a maximum of 33 hours per week and begins with Teacher Preparation Week, August 28-September 1, 2017, as the new school year begins September 5, 2017.

Four year College degree required. Early Childhood Education degree preferred. Must be qualified to teach ECE in Texas.
Training will be discussed during the interview process.

Salary will be based on experience ranging from $16.00-$20.00 per hour.
