Director of Music Ministries

Oak Hill United Methodist Church 7815 Hwy 290 W Austin TX is looking to hire a Director of Music Ministries.

The Director of Music Ministries is a salaried position that coordinates all aspects of our music program, which currently includes Adult, Youth, and Children’s choirs, three adult vocal ensembles, the handbell choir, and other musical groups, such as the praise band. The Director is directly responsible for leading and/or recruiting volunteers to lead the various musical groups in our church, and oversees the church music staff (presently the organist, staff accompanist, and handbell choir director). Where appropriate, the Director will be expected to provide leadership, guidance, and support for all aspects of music ministry.
