As part of the Río Texas Unification Plan, our annual conference is committed to ensuring that all of our local churches have the required tools and infrastructure to stay connected to the conference and their mission field. We want to see every church eventually have the internet connection and computer equipment to participate in webinars, take advantage of video conferencing and maintain a robust website.

Before we begin, we need to know where we stand. Today we begin our "Rio Texas Local Church Technology Survey." We are seeking 100% participation from our churches. The process begins with this notice. After two weeks, we will email the churches that have not yet responded. Two weeks later, we will mail surveys to the churches yet to respond. Two weeks after that, we will begin making phone calls. Therefore, if you complete this quick survey now, your church will be done, and you will save money and resources for the annual conference. We recommend the survey be completed by the person at your church who is the most familiar with your computers and technology.
